Just so you know the best chance for your question to be answered is in the forums.
There a couple of reason's why...

First off if you are not paying for the expert lab racks then reaching me through email after hours you have no chance... Sorry 9-5 on workdays. Accelinetworks has been acquired by Network Liquidators which all they do is sell networking hardware and phone equipment.

Second truthfully there is only one person running everything on accelinetworks ME
The issue that i have ran into is; I am in the testing department, were we have a couple of thousand pieces of equipment run through the warehouse. If you guessed it i am super busy; i don't mean to but this is where the bread and butter comes from. If you want to keep the questions comments etc.. in the forum maybe we can all help each other out. If you need help go ahead and ask in the free labs forum. If you want something added for your convince go ahead and ask. You know it doesn't hurt.


Third if you think the site needs imporvments just direct any comments to the forums. I have been getting tons of email everyday. Alot is junk and sifting through it is kinda a nitemare.
